What’s the best way to contact you?
Call 01507 528522 during opening hours (Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm) for the quickest answer. You can also email lamps@balcan.co.uk or use the form above at any time.
Can I visit you?
Yes – our sales office and trade counter in Horncastle are open to the public and trade, Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm and Friday 8:30am–4:30pm (closed weekends).
Can I collect my order?
Yes – choose Trade Counter Collection at checkout and collect free of charge from Balcan Lighting Supplies, Banovallum Court, Boston Road Industrial Estate, Horncastle LN9 6JR. We’re open Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm and Friday 8:30am–4:30pm.
Can you match an old or discontinued bulb?
Often, yes. Email a photo of the bulb and any markings on it to lamps@balcan.co.uk and our team will find the closest match or a modern LED replacement.
Do you supply trade and bulk orders?
Yes. If you’re buying for a business, contractor or facilities team, contact us or call 01507 528522 to ask about trade and bulk pricing.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £60 (3–7 days). Under £60 you can choose 2nd Class Untracked (£4.95), 2nd Class Tracked (£6.95) or 1st Class Tracked (£9.95). We deliver to UK mainland addresses.
What if something isn’t right with my order?

How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page with your order number and email address. If you chose a tracked delivery service, your tracking details are also included in your dispatch email.
Do you deliver outside UK mainland?
Our online checkout currently delivers to UK mainland addresses. For the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland or overseas, please contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
How can I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna. All online payments are processed securely.
